Large Format

We use the large format Roland eco-solvent inkjet printer which prints and contour cuts up to 1300mm wide and 50m lengths.

We specialise in very high detail digital printing and die-cutting on a variety of materials ranging from self-adhesive vinyl through to wallpaper and backlit materials with UV and waterproof inks.

We are not limited to vinyl but can print on and cut special gold, silver and chrome adhesive materials for special applications. Printing on self-adhesive material is standard for various cut-outs, window displays, stickers and domed decals.

Eco Friendly

This process ensures exceptional results in the reproduction of skin tones and high resolution photographs.

Where possible, our systems run on solar power and all our material is recyclable. We are a complete digital print shop and are generally known for the quality of our digital printing and speedy and reliable service.

Our finishing service includes the manufacture of medals, identification pins, mouse pads, pop-up and PVC banners.

Any Shape

Our equipment is used for very small detailed die-cutting and shaped stickers, domed labels, posters, magnetic boards, banners, trade graphics, building plans, window and vehicle graphics, sign faces, signage applications, meshes and backlit graphics.

The automated die-cutting ability saves both time and money, as there is no need for expensive diesto be manufactured. This makes license discs and custom shaped promotional decals inexpensive. It also allows us at the same time to offer a service where virtually any shape is possible.
